Over the last thirty years Martin has gained a reputation as a reliable business person in a variety of areas, including farm contracting as well as in shredding, selling wood chip and related green products. Martin has always had a good eye for business and gets in on new opportunities at the right time. Added to this, Martin is a genuine, straight business person who loves to offer top quality service and a personal touch.
Dave works with our wood chip customers such as schools and arranges deliveries. A charming, reliable frontman who will make sure that your product arrives when you need it. Dave also works in the yard operating machinery.
Rob exclusively manages the contract shredding and screening, pricing and booking arm of the business. Rob has been working at Green Waste for the longest, twenty years in total, he is known as the ‘backbone’ of the company. Rob is great to work with out on site as he has extensive knowledge of the processes and can be relied upon to sort out any problem.
Jason is the youngest member of the team but his technical expertise is undoubted.
Working exclusively in the workshop and stores he ensures that all the machinery is safe, secure, and productive. His technical skills ensure a smooth operation.
Les is known for his sunny personality and his willingness to do the jobs that nobody else wants to do. Les is our salt of the earth handyman.
Sheldon is known for his hardworking, hands on approach, he never stops! He now spends more of his time working out on the road alongside Rob doing contract shredding and screening. Sheldon is a full on multi-tasker and a great help to everyone.
