We supply our own JCB and operator with the shredder which is delivered to your site by our own transport.
The JCB has a weight loader attached which allows us to produce an accurate total of the amount of green waste loaded into the shredder. We can provide you with a printout showing the amount of green waste produced if required.
After shredding your green waste we can hire you a screener for your composting operation. Differing size screens allow you to produce various product sizes for different end markets, producing various products such as compost and mulch.
If your oversize fraction from your compost screening is clean of stones, metal and plastic we may be able to re-shred this material down to produce a suitable product for power station use.
Hiring out shredding, screening and sorting equipment from us will reduce your own capital outlay. We’ll give you as much support as you need with or without an operator.

Our shredder allows us to process large amounts of wood, depending on product size you require. The shredder is fitted with a magnet to remove ferrous metal from the shredded product. It can also shred all grades of wood to different product sizes to suit your requirements.
